Sharp Line Alert provides digital sports analytics content including premium picks, line movement alerts, and betting analysis delivered via email and/or other digital channels. This is an information and entertainment service.

2. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
- VIP Premium Picks is a recurring monthly subscription at $19.00 USD/month.
- Your subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled.
- You authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file.
- Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

3. ELIGIBILITY
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this service.
- You are responsible for ensuring that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction.
- Sharp Line Alert does not facilitate or process any bets.

4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
- All picks and analysis are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results.
- Sharp Line Alert is NOT financial advice, investment advice, or gambling advice.
- You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on our content.
- We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or profitability of any picks.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content provided through Sharp Line Alert is proprietary.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or share VIP content with non-subscribers.
- Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. ACCOUNT AND ACCESS
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- One subscription = one user. Account sharing is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. PAYMENT AND BILLING
- All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
- You agree to provide accurate and current payment information.
- Failed payments may result in service interruption.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sharp Line Alert and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to financial losses from betting activities.

10. MODIFICATIONS
